    We planned a leasure trip with our friends last summer. We didnt know the place very well so we searched for a hotel on the internet. Finally we chose this one and I must say that everybody was satisfied with it. The price was not too high, the hotel was situated in a great place, the rooms were acceptable. We liked it very much.

    It was terrible! I asked for a quote to clear my tiny courtyard garden, lay a patio and replace some fences. P*** L******** came over to have a look and give me a quote. He was asking me what I wanted it to look like but he just kept talking over me all the time. He was absolutely patronising and talking to me as if Im stupid. He then came in to look through some books and get an idea of what I wanted. He basically said it would £5000 plus and that if I thought it would be any less I was stupid. I then asked how much it would be to just clear the garden and that I could get the skip so they dont have to get rid of the waste. He then went on about how on earth did I think I could get a skip cheaper than him and that he wasnt going to help me any further because it wasnt worth his time, he said clearing my garden would be like a paper round for him. He also "kindly" thanked me for inviting him over but he was leaving and that was it. Extremely rude and left me feeling upset in my own home! Would never go to them again and would definitely advise anyone else thinking about it to reconsider before "inviting" this arrogant man into your home. Unprofessional.
